  • The trail starts at the parking lot. Don't go back along the dirt road you came by car, and don't go true the horse gate. But follow a trail running right of the dirt road (north).
Reaching a horse gate before and after crossing Jacks Canyon Road. Follow the horse/hiking trail, down and up the hill. Another horse gate up the hill and go right along the fence (don't go left or downhill) and follow an obvious trail.
The trail eventually bends west and goes downhill. After some time it will end at the Big Park Loop.
