Access	Start at mile 41 on highway S 2. From Borrego Springs head right moving away from the road. (South west) on a sandy wash. (all cars)

Inner Pastures,
Easy canyon/wash hike. One of the more scenic hikes.

The canyon entrance can be easily spotted.

The whole hike is on a sandy wash with almost no boulders or other obstacles along the way.
You will spot a lot of smoke trees and we stopped as we reached the end of the canyon.
you can go a lot further though.
