eFMerWall wallpaper changer can display a large collection of pictures in almost any type available.  The pictures can be scaled back to fit the screen perfectly. A good random generator that works great with hundreds of pictures. Tested on Windows Vista an XP.
Any suggestions to improve this free program are welcome.

eFMer TThrottle

TThrottle can limit the Processor and or GPU load if the temperature reaches a temperature limit.
Can automatically detect BOINC projects and throttle them if necessary.
