is it possible to set a user defined refresh time instead of the actual program defined, e.g. 5 seconds, 10 seconds ....

with this refreshing time could be that CPU is spending time in refreshing clients.?? ;)

Added to the wish list.
The time is calculated depending on the number of WU. When a request is not finished, sometimes the BOINC client is busy, another try is done 1 second later.
