Error (M91) tthrottle_mailer.exe not running? error

In logging/send email I get the little email progress window then the above error.
Same thing in prefence/email setup/send test.

I'm planning an update on the whole mailing program.
Something for the next version.

But sometimes you get this message when the communication failed.
So it may be that if fails the first time, because of the firewall.

Well, I really don't like it when things just start working but windows is like that.
EMail now works.
No firewall changes.
It just works!

I think sometimes programs are like children, they just want a little attention.
